Refund & Returns Policy
At PoloRalph.shop, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the proof of purchase
To initiate a return, please contact us at help@poloralph.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will provide further instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank—processing time can vary. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at help@poloralph.shop.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, email us at help@poloralph.shop.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the product is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
